Mobile Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team in the North West of England. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience with electromechanical machinery and a strong background in electrical/mechanical engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out routine preventative maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Conducting service visits as per schedules, including machine and boiler annual services.
- Performing regular testing e.g., PAT, ventilation checks, etc.
- Assisting with installations, refits, modifications, and strip outs.
- Becoming a key member of the Regional Business Unit.
- Providing telephone support to branches relating to minor equipment problems.
We are flexible on the technical background of the engineer; it can be an electrical qualified person, ideally 17th Edition, or a refrigeration engineer, or an all-round factory machine maintenance engineer. We will consider all technical maintenance engineers and fully train them to the correct level and standards.
Benefits:The company offers a competitive salary of approximately £35,000, plus overtime (OTE approx. £40K), a company van, periodic on-call allowance, 30 days holiday rising to 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays), pension, health insurance, mobile phone, life insurance, and other benefits associated with a large company.
