Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Control Systems Technician to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our technical team, you'll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and commissioning control systems, with a focus on electrical maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Design, program, and maintain PLCs and SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot and maintain electrical infrastructure, including site electrical systems.
  • Safety and Compliance: Establish maintenance schedules and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering: A degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering or related field is essential.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in control systems (PLC, SCADA) and electrical maintenance is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (IEC, IEEE, OSHA) is necessary.

Salary:

The salary range for this role is £55,000 - £70,000, depending on experience.
