Pioneer Selection is seeking a highly skilled E&I Shift Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes 2 days and 2 nights of work followed by 18 days off.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and instrumentation experience. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£50,000 per year, depending on experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include planned maintenance works, odour abatement system plant monitoring, planned preventative maintenance and reactive response to equipment faults.

The successful candidate must have a minimum Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship in electrical engineering and instrumentation experience.
