About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CFO Support Specialist to join our team at Shaw Trust. In this role, you will work closely with participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome barriers to successful resettlement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve agreed milestones and develop skills.
  • Work across different locations in custody and within community hubs, including HMP Bullingdon and Bicester and Oxford community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, colleagues, and external partners to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that support the rehabilitation of prisoners and their successful reintegration into society.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including active listening and motivational skills, to support participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the rehabilitation of prisoners and the ability to work independently, providing community-based support.
  • An awareness, understanding, and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults.
