Job Role Overview

We are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Care Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encouraging participation in activities that promote social inclusion and personal growth
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
