Job Title: Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

  • Develop and support the Ivanti Service Manager product to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Review, develop, and maintain the product lifecycle to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Enhance request capabilities by building manual and automated request offerings to improve user experience.
  • Review incoming requirements and provide design and build estimates to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Build, test, and deploy to production to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the existing environment to drive business growth.
  • Assist and provide cover for other Ivanti products as needed to ensure a comprehensive IT service.
