Travel Branch Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Branch Manager to lead our retail travel team. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, motivating your team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Identify training and development needs for your team and implement effective solutions
  • Recognize and promote individual staff potential, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Set targets and goals in line with staffing levels, seasonal trends, and market conditions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and profit, including in-house promotions and company campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company brochures, and destinations to provide expert advice to customers
  • Analyze commercial performance and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth
  • Manage customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner
Requirements:
  • Relevant travel management experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and commercial awareness skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Passion for customer service and a strong track record in sales
  • Excellent travel and geographical knowledge, with a deep understanding of the travel industry
