Travel Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Travel Branch Manager to join our team at Invigorate Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our travel branch, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and achieving company profit expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth in the local community and within the branch.
  • Manage the overall sales performance of the branch, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer care are demonstrated in the branch at all times, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Oversee and manage the branch's social media presence, ensuring all content is aligned with company guidelines and policies.
  • Coordinate staffing levels and leave to ensure adequate coverage during trading hours.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Branch Manager who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
