Job Title: Branch Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Business Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving productivity, growth, and profit improvement within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both external and internal sales to achieve business objectives
  • Responsible for the consistent delivery of products to meet customer requirements
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and operations professionals
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business-to-business services, preferably in general management positions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial performance
