Job Title: Branch Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Business Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving productivity, growth, and profit improvement within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage both external and internal sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability within the branch.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and operations professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure the branch meets its financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business-to-business sales and management, preferably in a general management position.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive profitability.
