Travel Branch Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Branch Manager to lead our retail travel branch and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of travel consultants and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Identify training and development needs and implement effective solutions
  • Recognize and promote individual staff potential
  • Set targets in line with staffing levels, seasons, and trends
  • Develop and implement ideas to improve revenue and profit
  • Ensure the branch reaches and exceeds targets
  • Plan and execute in-house promotions, company campaigns, and incentives
  • Stay up-to-date with product and brand knowledge
  • Have in-depth knowledge of company brochures, destinations, and preferred suppliers
  • Analyze commercial performance and deal with complaints
Requirements:
  • Relevant travel management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to inspire a team
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong track record in sales
  • Excellent travel and geographical knowledge
