Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify training and development needs for your team and implement strategies to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Recognize and promote individual staff potential, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Set targets and goals in line with staffing levels, seasonal trends, and market conditions.
- Develop and implement ideas to improve revenue and profit, including in-house promotions and company campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Relevant travel management experience, with a strong track record in sales and leadership.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, products, and preferred suppliers.
