About the Role:

Dodd Group, a leading provider of electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance services, is seeking an experienced M&E Contracts Manager to oversee a new national contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the contract's success and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the National Operations Manager and ensure the contract meets DGL's and client requirements.
  • Create case studies of work and monitor QHSE performance.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives and ensure compliance with company accreditations.
  • Develop key staff and ensure all contract KPIs are met.
  • Manage P&L/WIP reporting and debt on the contract.
  • Liaise with outlying branches to ensure contract delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of contract management experience, preferably in the M&E sector.
  • Strong understanding of QHSE principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
