We are seeking an experienced Travel Branch Manager to join our team at Invigorate Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our travel branch, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and achieving company profit expectations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth in the local community and within the branch.
- Manage the overall sales performance of the branch, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee profit and cost control at the branch level, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer care and ensuring that all team members adhere to company minimum standards.
- Ensure that all branch displays and internal shop appearance are maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage all administrative tasks, including banking, petty cash, and client balance payments, in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee and monitor all social media activity within company guidelines.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained and leave is coordinated according to trading requirements.
