Travel Agency Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic retail travel branch manager looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can increase travel sales and get the best out of your team? My client, a well-respected independent travel company, is seeking an experienced Travel Branch Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of approximately 5 travel consultants and drive the potential of the store.
- Identify training and development needs and plan and execute in-house promotions, company campaigns, and incentives.
- Keep your product and brand knowledge up to date and analyze commercial performance.
- Deal with complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
- Relevant travel management experience and commercial awareness.
- Ability to inspire a team and passion for customer service.
- Excellent travel and geographical knowledge.
