We're Churchill Retirement Living Ltd, a family-run business with ambitious growth plans. We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Commercial and Construction team as a Construction Support Specialist in the Southwest region.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting construction projects in the Southwest region. As a Construction Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the management team with tasks such as coordinating orders and deliveries of materials, maintaining drawing registers, and carrying out daily inspections. You will also assist the site manager to ensure standards of Health and Safety are maintained, that all work is kept on programme, and that all construction work is delivered to the specification and high quality that we expect.

What You'll Gain:

  • You will gain a recognised qualification in Construction Support Technician Level 3 apprenticeship, fully funded by us.
  • You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of construction and acquire the skills needed to progress your career.
  • You will receive additional training from our Training Academy team to provide you with the skills required for career progression.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
