We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd.

About the Role:

  • The IT Field Technician will provide technical support and assistance to colleagues across the organisation, resolving IT faults and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Key responsibilities include planning, preparing and installing IT equipment at site cabins, sales offices and lodge managers' offices.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised and able to effectively prioritise their workload.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and experience of supporting a distributed user base is essential.

About You:

  • We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a good understanding of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, phones, routers, mobiles and tablets.
  • Previous experience of a ticketing system is desirable, as well as a high level of attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates should be flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
