About the Role

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to retired homeowners across the UK, supporting them to achieve a safe and secure lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls.
  2. Logging each call in our CRM system, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
  3. Providing a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call.

As a Senior Night Operator / Senior Call Centre Advisor, you will:

  1. Demonstrate previous experience in a telephone-based or fast-paced customer service environment.
  2. Support and supervise a small team, promoting self-motivation, reliability, resilience, and flexibility.
  3. Handle crisis situations, promoting calm behaviours and good judgment skills while working under pressure.
  4. Deliver exceptional problem-solving skills relating to people and operational needs.
  5. Embrace new IT systems and technical knowledge with ease.
