Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology & Transformation Recruitment team at Investigo. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through relationship building and networking
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide exceptional recruitment services, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
