About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SSG Recruitment Partnerships. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and building relationships with clients within the Power, Energy, Utilities, and Renewables sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Development (BD) efforts by identifying and building relationships with potential clients within the Power, Energy, Utilities, and Renewables sectors.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to proactively source, engage, and match top-tier candidates with leading organisations.
  • Maintain a consultative approach with clients, offering tailored recruitment strategies and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment delivery and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment within the Power, Energy, Utilities, Renewables, or Sustainability sectors.
  • Business Development focused with a strong track record of generating new leads and establishing long-term client relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
  • Energetic and flexible with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced industry.
