About the Role
The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for driving store sales results by providing exceptional customer service and representing the Balenciaga brand and values.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive sales results
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality services and values
- Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales assistance
- Provide exceptional professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork
- Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
- Provide regular feedback on client activity and market trends
- Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong administration and digital skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
