Your Opportunity

As the Store Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Selfridges boutique. You will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, cultivate strong relationships with clients, and ensure that every aspect of the store reflects the Balenciaga brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize sales performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
  • Talent Leadership:
    • Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent by providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
    • Lead by example, embodying the values and principles of the Balenciaga brand.
  • Brand Promotion:
    • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Balenciaga with professionalism and passion.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions reflect the highest standards of service and brand experience.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Process Management:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
    • Implement efficient systems and processes to optimize store performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor inventory levels, sales data, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
