In this exciting role as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital part in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and mental health needs. Our school in Kingston offers a unique and stimulating environment that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

You will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing support and guidance to enhance their engagement, personal development, and academic progress. Collaborating with our Pastoral Team, you will implement effective behaviour management strategies and ensure students are supervised throughout the school day.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in behaviour management or working with young people

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and an excellent platform for professional development and growth.
