We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic First-Class STEM Graduate to join a successful school in Kingston as a Subject mentor. As a First-Class STEM Graduate, you will be supporting gifted GCSE and A-Level students with their learning, leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement. With a passion for mentoring and a strong subject knowledge, you will be an excellent role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting gifted GCSE and A-Level students with their learning
- Leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement
- Developing and delivering engaging and challenging lessons
- Mentoring students with their essay writing and comprehension skills
Requirements:
- A First-Class Science, Maths or Engineering Degree or a degree from a Top 20 University
- A strong passion for mentoring and a desire to become a qualified teacher
- Excellent subject knowledge and a good understanding of the curriculum
- Able to work with students of all abilities and backgrounds
