SaaS Customer Success Manager

Company Overview:
Oliver Bernard is a leading EdTech SaaS company looking for a Junior Customer Onboarding Manager to help successfully onboard and manage several key accounts for primary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the onboarding process of several schools
- Coordinating data migration and training schedules
- Managing data migration processes
- Using CRMs to interpret data and simplify for schools to understand
- Providing expert support in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools
Requirements:
For this role, we require a strong project manager with experience in software as a service (SaaS), change management, and stakeholder management. A background in EdTech is desirable but not essential.
Contract Details:
The contract duration is 4-5 months, and the rate is £200-£225 per day. This is a remote role with occasional office visits to Leeds (travel paid for).
