As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception shift, directing and motivating the reception team, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reception shift and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
- Direct and motivate the reception team to achieve excellent customer service standards
- Handle all duties according to hotel policies and procedures
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, including meetings and functions
- Be familiar with the Marriott Bonvoy program and its member benefits
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service throughout the guest's stay
- Understand and communicate the unique history and features of St Ermins Hotel to our guests
- Be familiar with the local area and attractions and provide recommendations to guests
Requirements:
