Supervising Social Worker Role

We are seeking a qualified Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of foster carers located in the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and supervision to foster carers
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 10 foster families
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of children in foster care

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience in fostering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
