Senior Social Worker Opportunity

At Tripod Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker to join our Continuing Healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will work in partnership with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care Board (ICB) to determine individual's eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare through joint completion of the NHS Continuing Healthcare process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on practice and performance development through the provision of high quality supervision and support of staff in line with The Care Act 2014 principles.
  • Take a lead on highly complex cases, working creatively in partnership with others.
  • Provide leadership, through managing essential functions of the team including complex cases.
  • Complete Care Act 2014 Assessments, Reviews, Mental Capacity Act 2005 Assessments and Best interest Decisions (where applicable), identifying individuals needs and supporting the Multidisciplinary teams' recommendation on eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with Adults CHC experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
