Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Social Media Manager to join our team at ghd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives
  • Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Budget management and reporting

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and driving campaign success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and project management skills
