About the Role


We are seeking an Administrative Apprentice to join our Safety, Health & Environment team, where you will work on a variety of administrative tasks and support the team with daily operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • ">
  • Prepare and distribute reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis">
  • Manage electronically the diaries of departmental staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication">
  • Handle telephone enquiries, directing callers to the appropriate individuals or departments">
  • Support audits and meetings with visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere">
  • Create and maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information">
  • Coordinate training sessions and administrative tasks related to our SHE Training system">
  • Input data into SAP and other systems as required, maintaining data integrity and accuracy">

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
