Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Growth Manager to lead the commercial team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing commercial benefits when closing out projects, collaborating with project managers to maintain strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are value-driven, on-time, and within budget. You will also mentor and support the career development of the commercial team.

Requirements:
  • Over 5 years experience in a commercial role with construction contractors
  • Qualified in Quantity Surveying or working towards charter status
  • Experience working with electrical and mechanical scopes of work

Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial team and foster ongoing improvement and technical growth
  • Maximize commercial benefits when closing out projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and support the career development of the commercial team
