Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our care team and ensuring high-quality care that addresses the comprehensive needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Care Team: Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear and accurate medication records.
  • Staff Management: Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained through efficient management of rotas, providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team.
  • Resident-Centric Care: Promote residents' independence, choice, and dignity, building lasting relationships with residents and their families.
  • Community Engagement: Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse: Valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
  • Leadership and Communication: Able to build relationships and lead a team effectively, with excellent communication and time management skills.
