Your Role as Clinical Deputy Manager

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home. You'll work closely with your team to create and update individual care plans, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Ensure accurate medication administration and maintain meticulous records in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide holistic and compassionate care.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home setting.
  • Strong understanding of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
