About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the care home.
  • Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained through efficient management of rotas.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the care team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents, their families, and the care team, fostering a sense of community.
  • Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and contribute to the development of care services.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, including tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently as a compassionate team player.
