We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Bupa's Puttenham Hill House Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Work closely with the care team to create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained within the home, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the care team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and local partners, fostering a sense of community and promoting the care home's profile in the local area.
Requirements
- A valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
- Experience in leading and managing a care team, with a strong understanding of quality nursing care and its impact on residents' lives.
- Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively, prioritizing tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
