Clinical Deputy Manager Role Overview

As a Clinical Deputy Manager at our care home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating individual care plans, maintaining accurate medication records, and ensuring adequate staffing levels through efficient management of rotas. You will also provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
