About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
  • Work closely with the care team to create and update individual care plans, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Manage rotas efficiently to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained within the home.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.

Requirements
