Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver Induction sessions on chosen Frameworks, support learner attainment of Essential Skills, and manage quality assurance processes. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Induction sessions to provide an overview of chosen Frameworks (3 Management, Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 4 Project Management).
  • Support learners in attainment of Essential Skills controlled tasks and assessments in Application of Number, Communication and Digital Literacy.
  • Assess and provide feedback to ensure learners are on track with their learning journey.
  • Manage quality assurance, performance and conformance, and employer engagement processes to ensure all processes are followed and parties are engaged.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a NVQ/VRQ Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent experience, a Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Six Sigma) or an equivalent, and have a good level of Maths and English.
