Job Description
Resourcing Group seeks a qualified Management Assessor to join their team in Wales, covering North Wales region and working remotely from various locations. This 1-year maternity contract offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities
* Deliver customized training sessions based on learners' requirements
* Support learners in developing Essential Skills and completing controlled tasks and assessments
* Develop strong relationships with learners to facilitate a productive learning environment
* Manage quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to company standards and policies

Required Expertise and Certifications
* Hold a valid NVQ/VRQ Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent experience
* Possess strong project management skills (Prince 2 or Six Sigma certifications advantageous)
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with colleagues and learners

* Salary range: £55,000 - £70,000 per year
