Job Summary: Senior Health and Wellbeing Advisor

D R Newitt Recruitment Limited is seeking a senior-level Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join our client, a leading Food Manufacturer. This role involves driving health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the organization.

About the Job

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will collaborate on strategic projects to enhance workplace well-being, reduce risk, and promote sustainability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HSE Strategies: Create, execute, and monitor comprehensive health, safety, and environmental plans to safeguard employee well-being and minimize environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Site Leadership Team, employees, and external partners to foster a culture of safety awareness, promote open communication, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Conduct Audits and Assessments: Regularly conduct site audits and assessments to identify potential risks, recommend corrective actions, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Serve as HSE Expert: Provide guidance and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, including a NEBOSH certificate and excellent communication skills.
