About the Position:
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health Nursing to join our team at the Council of Deans of Health. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of mental health nursing education in Wales and to shape the future of nursing practice.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students.
- Contribute to the development of the curriculum and assessment strategy.
- Build and maintain partnerships with health boards and other stakeholders to align the curriculum with service needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Experience in teaching and supporting student nurses.
- Experience in relevant clinical areas.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
