**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Welsh Management Specialist to join our team at Resourcing Group. This role will involve working with clients across North Wales, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their management goals.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver induction sessions to provide an overview of the chosen framework (3 Management, Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 4 Project Management).
  • Support learners in attaining essential skills controlled tasks and assessments in Application of Number, Communication, and Digital Literacy.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment plans, provide feedback, and engage in regular learner interaction.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners to ensure they progress through their programme successfully.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and experience to develop learners' understanding and competence in their chosen qualification area.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Welsh.
  • NVQ/VRQ Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Six Sigma) or an equivalent.
  • Good level of Maths and English.
  • Proven track record in working within similar roles.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
