Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Wrexham and Flintshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people with learning disabilities, providing specialist assessments, formulations, interventions, and support.

About the Role

  • You will work alongside clinical psychologists, assistant psychologists, and trainee clinical psychologists, providing psychological assessments, formulations, interventions, and evidence-based adapted psychological therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Opportunities to contribute to service development, audit, and research, as well as develop leadership, supervision, and consultation skills.
  • Regular clinical supervision will be provided by a Senior Clinical Psychologist or Consultant Clinical Psychologist.

Requirements

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Post-graduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or its equivalent.
  • Good honours Degree in Psychology.
