In the esteemed North Wales region, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical psychologist to fill this exciting role. The successful candidate will join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our community. As a specialist in adult clinical psychology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments, therapies, and consultations to clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Overview">

This is a permanent Band 8b position that requires a resilient and motivated individual with extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment and formulation. You will be expected to work autonomously, providing direct clinical input to both the Memory Assessment Service and Older People's Community Mental Health Team. Your expertise will involve undertaking specialist assessments, pre- and post-diagnostic support, and delivering tailored psychological therapies to older adults.

Main Responsibilities">
  • Undertake specialist neuropsychological assessments and formulations
  • Provide direct clinical input to multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver tailored psychological therapies to older adults
  • Contribute to service developments and improvement initiatives
Key Skills and Qualifications">
  • DClinPsy qualification or equivalent
  • Registration with HCPC as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Extensive experience in neuropsychological assessment and formulation

Salary: £63,150 - £73,379 per annum (pro rata)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part-time
