Clinical Voice Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Voice Specialist to lead our voice services in the adult team. As a specialist in speech and language therapy, you will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical education to staff members.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience clinically in the area of specialism, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to problem-solve. They will also be able to work as a team member, with extensive clinical experience and knowledge in relationship to specialty.
This is a dynamic role that requires delegation to qualified and non-registered staff, experience of delivering clinical education in the area of specialty, and leading multidisciplinary/multiprofessional teams. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to student training and have experience of lecturing externally.
As part of our friendly and supportive team, you will enjoy regular clinical supervision and opportunities to deliver some aspects of this role remotely. We offer a competitive salary of £37,898 to £53,602 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
