Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Client Solutions Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large and complex client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Manage client actions and deliver resolutions to issues through creative solutions and service excellence
  • Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings, identifying trends
  • Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities
  • Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with significant commercial experience and a solid understanding of financial concepts, ideally within share plans products and regulation. You will need to have a natural aptitude for building and managing relationships, as well as experience of Risk Management and Project Management.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
