Job Title: Strategic Solutions Leader

The Client Solutions team at CBRE is the key driver for business development and growth. This role supports the expansion of our contracted accounts business, focusing on winning new contracts and retaining strategic clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the creation of global real estate solutions that drive tangible return on investment and enhance employee satisfaction for clients.

  • Develops client solutions from scratch.
  • Challenges clients' approaches throughout the process.
  • Responsible for every aspect of solution presentation to clients.
  • Regularly revisits our approach to ensure alignment with clients' strategic imperatives.
  • Leads all commercial & legal negotiations.
  • Oversees pursuit and provides coaching where necessary.
  • Challenges win strategies, solutions, and commercial models.
  • Develops Business Development Strategy for vertical sectors in conjunction with Vertical Sector leads.
  • Credits coaching/mentoring of Client Solutions Managers allocated to vertical sectors.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree minimum
• 10+ years of high-value strategic solutions experience and/or complex BPO engagement within a blue-chip organisation
• Corporate Real Estate industry knowledge is beneficial but not essential
• Proven track record in negotiating profitable complex contracts within global organisations
• Excellent solution architecture skills and ability to manage virtual teams
• Outstanding negotiator with win/win results for both business and client
• Ability to think outside the box and work well under pressure
• Personal agility and resilience in a dynamic environment

Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
