Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a scalable international Financial Crime infrastructure. Your strategic vision will help shape the structure and strategy of our bank from a Financial Crime perspective. You will work closely with our COO to achieve ambitious growth plans, promoting GRC functions as part of our strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of scaling Financial Crime functions in highly regulated environments. Your experience in leadership positions, such as MLRO or Financial Crime Operations, is essential. Additionally, your ability to influence key stakeholders and develop a sizable team across all areas of Financial Crime will be crucial.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £160,000 - £195,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits. The hybrid model allows for 1-2 days of work in London, providing flexibility and work-life balance. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.
