Sales Director - Commission Only or Equity Partner Opportunity

The Ninja Group, a leading provider of fractional CFO, payroll, bookkeeping and credit control services, is seeking a results-driven sales leader to spearhead new business development and build a high-performing sales team.

As a Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies for scaling sales, expand your team, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company.

We offer a unique opportunity for ambitious sales professionals to transition into leadership roles, including Chief Revenue Officer, as the business expands. Our hybrid remote work setup in Sheffield provides the perfect balance between flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience selling professional services
  • Results-focused sales leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
