InXpress is a dynamic and fast-paced international parcel and freight company, seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join its team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, utilizing a database package to manage leads and track progress.
  • Provide expert knowledge of InXpress products and services, matching customer needs with the most suitable solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
  • Effectively negotiate pricing with customers, utilizing commercial awareness and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in telesales, with a preference for B2B sales.
  • Sales or customer service experience in the transportation industry would be an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
